As a responsible business and employer, we have been following the government advice and guidelines closely regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and as such have been doing everything possible to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers, and visitors to our site.
We have already implemented a number of precautions, such as increased cleaning schedules and stopped all non-essential travel and meetings, but as a result of more recent announcements we have reviewed the situation and have decided to take some additional precautions.
We have decided to take our external sales team off the road and are now restricting ALL non-essential visitors to our site.
Although our external team will no longer be visiting your premises or meeting anyone face-to-face, please be assured they are all working from home and are available by email / mobile should you need their assistance. You can find contact details below or on the Contact Us page on our website.
Due to the nature of our business, some visitors are essential, and precautions have been put in place to limit contact with these people.
If you come to collect an order from Albion, you will find instructions on the door which must be followed to ensure everyone’s safety.
If you have any meetings planned with Albion staff, they will be in touch to rearrange these in due course.
As always, we are doing everything we can to support our customers and the industry during these uncertain times; we maintain strong levels of stock, which is allowing us to continue despatching orders on a daily basis, ensuring the service that you have come to expect from Albion is upheld.
