COVID-19 UPDATE 05/11/2020

Albion’s notice to customers following the recent Government guidelines which came into force at 00:01 on the Thursday 5th November 2020.

As a supplier to the construction and manufacturing industries that have been encouraged to remain open, we feel it is our duty to also remain open during this second lockdown, as we did during the first. We will continue to be open as usual – Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM.

We have strong stock levels and are able to deliver next-day (on orders placed before 4PM), should this be required. We are able to deliver direct to site, if required, and if you have an urgent request for an essential service, such as a hospital or a food manufacturing plant, please inform our sales team when ordering and we will do everything we can to prioritise your order.

At present, we are operating at full capacity, so you will continue to experience the service that you have come to expect from Albion. We have also put in place precautions internally to ensure business continuity should an outbreak occur.

So, you can rest assured that we will be available to fulfil your valve requirements for the next four weeks, and beyond.

Visitors to site
Visitors to our site are now strictly forbidden unless absolutely essential, any such visitors will need pre-authorisation prior to arrival.

Our collections desk is still operational, but all visitors will be required to wear a face covering and maintain social distancing at all times. Further instructions regarding our procedures will be given upon arrival.

As always, we are doing everything we can to support our customers and the industry during these uncertain times.
