As a responsible business and employer, we have been following the government advice and guidelines closely for the past 10 months, and have done everything possible to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers, and visitors to our site. We will continue to do so throughout this Lockdown to ensure the industry, and any essential public buildings, are able to remain open and operating.
We have already implemented a number of precautions to make our premises as COVID- SECURE as possible, and as such we are confident that we can continue operating as usual, with immediate effect. We will be open 8.30AM – 5PM, Monday to Friday.
As always, we would like to assure you that we have strong stock levels and are able to deliver next-day (on orders placed before 4PM), should this be required. We are able to deliver direct to site, if required, and if you have an urgent request for an essential service, such as a hospital or a food manufacturing plant, please inform our sales team when ordering and we will do everything we can to prioritise your order.
At present, we are operating at full capacity, so you will continue to experience the service that you have come to expect from Albion.
Visitors to site
Visitors to our site are now strictly forbidden unless absolutely essential, any such visitors will need pre-authorisation prior to arrival.
Our collections desk is still operational, but all visitors will be required to wear a face covering and maintain social distancing at all times. Further instructions regarding our procedures will be given upon arrival.
As always, we are doing everything we can to support our customers and the industry during these uncertain times; we are despatching orders on a daily basis, ensuring the service that you have come to expect from Albion is upheld.
